"Declaration Alliance" Launches Anti-Norton Ad

As surprising as it is,

As surprising as it is, several counties made changes to caucus locations after they had published their prelminary list of locations. Spread the word and make sure anyone you know who is going is doublechecking with their county party, the state GOP (which seems to have up-to-date info on all counties), or any of the major campaigns pushing people out to caucus. buy synvisc one

duh!

Hey sarge, Have you even been living in CO? RefC is something we ALL voted on. (If you bothered to vote that is.) I have to admit that voted "no", but that's another story as I actually understand economics, state budgetary issues, emergency response and payments for those services.

This issue is really starting to bother me because its like Buck and Wiens don't want to acknowledge that they voted (hopefully!) on Ref C too. (I wonder which way they'll say they voted. And be specific as to why.) The thing is I guess Norton and her team aren't too clear on their message. I'm not one of them so maybe I can do it clearer on the outside.

TABOR has - as part of its original language - the ability to be suspended or amended. But the approval is subject to approval by us, the citizens of CO through a referendum.

In other words, a vote. We voted on a ballot initiative. Maybe you stayed home that day. Maybe you didn't understand what you voted for. I did. That's why I voted no. But here's the thing, the majority of the people of our state supported the initiative. So Gov Owens was allowed to take more of our money. The supposed reason was to pay for the record wildfires and drought that occurred that year.

I'm ok with the taxation going to combat wildfires and drought. I just don't know if it all went to stop those particular things and not just because its the popular thing to do today...

Who is 'Declaration Alliance"?

Who is "Declaration Alliance"? Do they want to beat Michael Bennet?

I've always contended Ref. C is a non-issue even though I opposed it when it was on the ballot. Tom Wiens frequently brings it up. Does anyone else? Connection? How do you blame budget expansions voted by Congressional Dems on a regional health official?

When and how often will the ad run? Will it run at all?

I'm not for or against any candidate, but I really am turned off by dishonest, misleading and stealth advertising.

DecAlliance?

I wondered that too. Googling them gets very little info. But its the same money that started getting ads from Campaign for Liberty. Before they pulled the ad.

Hmm.... I wonder if any enterprising reporters want to dig around who wrote those checks and what promises were extracted from the landowners?

Talk about misleading!

Businessword:

You are the one that is misleading.  Jane Norton was not a regional health official during the passing of Referendum C.  She was the Lt. Governor of Colorado who supported Referendum C.  Jane Norton has not denied supporting Referendum C, as you are fully aware.  In fact PPC, of which you regularly blog, questioned her response on why she supported Referendum C.  I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you do not read other PPC blogs.

Tom Wiens voted for Ref C -type bills before he voted against it

The Declaration Allance's ad and Tom Wien's attack ad backfire. Amazing.
